SHIPPING POLICY

At Top Cheez, we’re committed to getting your gear in your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping process is designed around two order types: in-stock inventory available for immediate shipment, and pre-order items tied to upcoming product launches.

1. SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order is fulfilled, you will automatically receive a tracking link via the email or mobile number you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@topcheezswag.com so we can assist.

We currently ship to all U.S. states. International shipping options will be added soon.

2. ORDER TYPES & FULFILLMENT TIME

IN-STOCK ITEMS:
If the item is in inventory, your order will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking will be provided immediately upon shipment.

PRE-ORDERS / LAUNCH PRODUCTS:
If you are purchasing a pre-order item or a product associated with a scheduled launch, please allow 3–4 weeks for fulfillment. This production window ensures quality and delivery from our suppliers.

Once your pre-order item is in stock, it will be shipped immediately and you will be notified with tracking details.

3. TYPICAL SHIPPING TIMES (USA)

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 7–10 business days after fulfillment

  • Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or regional restrictions

  • Pre-order items follow the 3–4 week production window before shipping begins

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we aim to provide clear and timely communication throughout the order process.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.

If your package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address, or

  • Being unclaimed from the carrier (e.g., held at a post office or undeliverable),

You will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the order. We will contact you to verify your updated address and arrange for a second shipment. We are more than happy to work with you to resolve any shipping issues.
