7. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping policies for both apparel and registration materials can be found here. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Items returned due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses may require additional payment to reship.
8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Apparel:
Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original packaging
Exchanges offered for size or damaged product (subject to availability)
Pre-order items are non-refundable once production has begun, except in cases of defect
Event Registrations:
Full refund if requested before the registration deadline
50% refund if requested after the deadline but before the program start
No refunds once the program begins
Refunds are not issued for weather-related cancellations
