ANTI-BULLYING AND HARASSMENT POLICY

We are committed to providing a positive, safe, and inclusive experience for every player, coach, parent, and volunteer involved in our programs.

Policy Overview:

Bullying, harassment, and discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated at any time, on or off the rink.

Definitions:

• Bullying includes verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, physical aggression, or deliberate exclusion of others.

• Harassment includes unwelcome comments or conduct based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.

Expectations:

• All participants must treat others with respect and dignity.

• Coaches and volunteers must model good behavior and intervene when issues arise.

• All complaints will be investigated promptly and handled with discretion.

Disciplinary Action:

Depending on the severity, consequences may include warnings, suspensions, expulsion from the league, or referral to local authorities.
